Claranu provides AI-generated, personalized PDF reports that analyze home renovation priorities and estimated return on investment for residential properties preparing to sell. Reports are generated based on information you provide and are delivered digitally via email.
3. Payment and Pricing
Our report is offered at a one-time fee of $29 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
Reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provide during checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation, though it may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and materials on Claranu, including the structure and presentation of reports, are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the report for your own property sale preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Our reports are generated using AI and are intended as informational guidance only. They do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or construction advice. Actual renovation costs, timelines, and sale outcomes may vary. We recommend consulting qualified local professionals before undertaking any work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claranu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on any report content.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
