All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and instant nature of our product — a personalized, AI-generated PDF report created specifically for your property — all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered.
If the Report Fails to Deliver
If your report fails to generate or deliver for any reason on our end, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@claranu.com within 7 days of purchase and we will either regenerate and resend your report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, contact us within 24 hours and we will update your delivery address and resend the report. Refunds are not provided for reports sent to an email address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our reports. If you believe your report contains significant errors or does not address the details you provided, reach out within 14 days and we will review your case individually.
